Terms:
Our terms of payment are as follows: cash upon unloading unless otherwise agreed when ordering the transport.

Loading:
Our prices include 30 minutes loading time. If the loading takes more than 30 minutes, EUR 35 plus VAT will be added to the price per 30 minutes or fraction thereof. We assume no responsibility for scratches and injuries which the horse may have incurred in connection with loading.

Cancellation:
For transportation in Denmark:
You may cancel the transportation up to 24 hours before the planned departure without any cost. If the transportation is cancelled within 24 hours before the planned departure, 100 per cent of the price originally agreed will be invoiced.

Cancellation:
For transportation to/from foreign countries:
You may cancel the transportation up to 4 days before the planned departure without any cost. If the transportation is cancelled within 4 days before the planned departure, 50 per cent of the price originally agreed will be invoiced. If the transportation is cancelled within 24 hours before the planned departure, 100 per cent of the price originally agreed will be invoiced.
